Health Class on Wednesday Evenings

God created us as whole human beings, body and spirit, and God wants us to live in ways that nourish both body and spirit – together.

A six-session class, “Body & Spirit:  Faith and Health in the Bible,” facilitated by Sharlyn Menard, will be offered mid-January, starting on Wednesday January 17, in the Prayer Meeting Room from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.  The same class will be offered again on Sunday mornings during the Church School hour, so that you have two opportunities to attend the class.

As the in-coming Chair of Deacons, Sharlyn wants to focus on the theme of Wellness for 2018.  Our focus for January is “Healthy Habits.”  We are excited to offer this class to explore and discover how to connect your health and your faith, both spirituality and wellness.  We hope you will join us!
