Amplifying Black Voices in February and March
The Racial and Social Justice Mission Team invited Black preachers to preach during February. We were led by the following people:
* February 1: Dr. James Alexander, Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Atlanta
* February 8: Rev. Dr. Tiffanie Lanelle Mackey, Organizational strategist and policy consultant
* February 15: Shereetha Jackson, Church of the Common Ground
* February 22: Rev. Dr. Karma Denise Wright, Bridge Pastor, Kirkwood UCC
And on Saturday, March 21, Rev. Alexis Tardy, DMin, Alliance of Baptists Congregational Relations and Organizing & THRIVE coordinator, will lead a Zoom workshop on the intersection of racism and anti-immigration forces.
