Oftentimes, we feel tired, worn-out, overwhelmed and exhausted by daily life. Instead of soaring on eagles wings we feel like we are lumbering along on turtle legs. Are there ways to shift ourselves into a channel of life and energy? Can we catch the same wind that the eagles soar on? And if so, how?
