Oftentimes, we feel tired, worn-out, overwhelmed and exhausted by daily life. Instead of soaring on eagles wings we feel like we are lumbering along on turtle legs. Are there ways to shift ourselves into a channel of life and energy? Can we catch the same wind that the eagles soar on? And if so, how?

The story of Jonah is often told as one of faithfulness and change of heart as Jonah finds himself desperate inside the belly of a fish. But we miss something if we don’t look at all of Jonah’s honest, intense reactions to what is happening in his world. Listen as Pastor Lauren Colwell explores his story.
